    Members of NOW (North Olympic Watercolorists) are displaying their artwork at the Harbor Audiology and Hearing Center during the months of August and September. It's address is 538 N. 5th Avenue in Sequim WA, and for more information, call #360-681-7500. Meet the artists and enter into a raffle for a donated giclée of Seattle's cityscape. Sequim's Artwalk is on Friday (August 2) from 5pm-8pm and again on Friday (September 6). Artists participating in this show are Carol Wilhelm, D.R. Anderson, Shirley Rudolf, Roger Huntley, and Reiko Barclay.

This hands on experience will have you working alongside real lavender farm owners. You’ll walk away with a unique understanding of what it takes to be a lavender farmer and essential oil distiller. Whether you are a lavender lover, an essential oil guru, a family looking for deeper connection, or just a curious traveller; this unique lavender experience will create lasting memories.

  5. Annual Block Party

    August 2, 2019, 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM @ Civic Center Plaza

    The City of Sequim and the City Arts Advisory Commission invite the public to our annual Block Party. The Party will kick off with a Flash Mob on the Civic Center Plaza at 5:15 p.m. by the Zumba Sisters! Live music will follow from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. starting with the unique blend of folk and rock by Quilcene musician, Kalan Wolfe at 5:30 p.m., followed by the high-energy and easy going sound of Bread & Gravy at 6:30 p.m., and then the compelling mix of eclectic rhythm and blues of Locos Only from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The event will also offer rock painting for kids, and a painting will be created during the live music portion by local artist, Craig Robinson (@ArtbyCraig9). Cedars at Dungeness will provide a beer and wine garden throughout the evening and visitors are encouraged to bring their own chair and picnic on the plaza during the event. Be sure to enjoy “The Beach” art exhibit inside the Civic Center as well.

    We're back with the 2019 Jungible Summer Music Series. This year we have moved the series to August dates: August 2rd, August 9th, and August 16th. Friday evening concerts in the fields of lavender and poppies at Jardin du Soleil Lavender Farm in Sequim, Wa. Each night we feature a great musical act, as well as delicious food, beer, wine, cider, and ice cream from local eateries. This community supported event is family friendly and kids 12 and under are free.
