Many visitors to Sequim want to share the experience with their best friends (otherwise referred to as their pets, most often dogs.) We love pets and want to ensure that they are kept comfortable and healthy. Following is breakdown of where pets are allowed.
Take your Pets Along
Dogs on a leash are welcome at the Sequim Lavender Festival Street Fair during Sequim Lavender Weekend, July15 - 17 and at many of the Lavender Farms. There is an off-leash dog park on the south end of Carrie Blake Park, located at 202 N. Blake Avenue.
Lavender Farms that allow leashed pets:
B & B Family Farm
Fat Cat Lavender
Fleurish Lavender of Lost Mountain
In Bloom Lavender Farms
Jardin du Soleil
Nelson's Duck Pond & Lavender
Purple Haze Lavender
Rain Shadow Lavender Farm
Rancho La Morada
Be Sure Your Pet is Safe
The Humane Society of America recommends that you never leave your pets in a parked car. On warm days temperatures inside a parked car can rise quickly putting your pet in danger of heat stroke or worse. If you are planning to attend an event that doesn't allow your pet to come along, this time it might be best to leave your pal at home.
